FREE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT
LEAD 360 Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Terms of Use
Effective date: October 1, 2026
By registering for or taking the LEAD 360 assessment, you agree to these Terms, including the use of your data and results to keep validating the assessment. If you don't agree, please don't register or respond.
These Terms are between you and [Tyleum Group, legal entity name] ("Tyleum Group," "we," "us"). They cover the LEAD 360 assessment, our website, and any related reports or services (together, the "Assessment").
1. Who can use the Assessment
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
There are two kinds of participants:
-
Leaders register to take the self-assessment and receive a report.
-
Raters are invited, usually by a leader or a certified LEAD practitioner, to give feedback about a leader. Raters may be a leader's manager, peers, or direct reports.

2. What the Assessment is, and is not
LEAD 360 is a development tool. It is designed to help leaders understand how their self-view compares with how others experience their leadership.
It is not a clinical, psychological, or medical test. It is not designed to diagnose anything, and it must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, pay, discipline, or any other employment decision. Results reflect perceptions at one point in time and can be wrong or incomplete.
3. Research and validation consent
We are continuing to validate and improve LEAD 360. That work depends on real responses. By registering for or taking the Assessment, you expressly agree that Tyleum Group may use your responses, scores, and results (and, for leaders, related profile details such as role, industry, and organization size) to study, validate, norm, and improve the Assessment.
In practice, this means:
-
We may analyze your data to test reliability, validity, scoring, and fairness, and to build benchmarks.
-
We may publish or present findings, but only in aggregate or de-identified form. We will not publish anything that identifies you or your organization.
-
We will not sell your personal information.
-
Any research use stays inside the limits of our Privacy Policy below.
This consent is a condition of using the Assessment. If you are not comfortable with it, please do not register or respond. You may withdraw later: see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy for what that does and does not cover.
4. Rater terms
If you are a rater, you agree to:
-
Answer honestly, based on your own direct experience of the leader.
-
Complete the survey yourself, once, without sharing your link.
-
Keep the survey and any results confidential.
Rater responses are confidential. Leaders see feedback grouped by rater category (manager, peers, direct reports), and only when enough raters in a category have responded to protect anonymity. We do not show a leader any individual rater's answers. Leaders agree not to try to identify raters or to pressure anyone about their responses.
5. Your account and your conduct
Give us accurate information and keep your login or survey link private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to:
-
Submit false, misleading, or abusive responses.
-
Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Assessment, its questions, scoring, or reports.
-
Interfere with the site's security or operation.
-
Use the Assessment to harass, retaliate against, or discriminate against anyone.
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
6. Ownership
Tyleum Group owns the Assessment, including its questions, scoring methods, norms, reports, and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you give us the right to use it as described in Section 3 and in our Privacy Policy.
Leaders may share their own reports with coaches, mentors, or colleagues they choose, but may not publish or redistribute the Assessment itself.
7. Certified practitioners and organizations
If a certified LEAD practitioner or your organization sponsors your participation, they may receive your results as described in the Privacy Policy. Their use of your information is also subject to their own agreements with Tyleum Group.
8. Disclaimers
The Assessment is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use your results.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tyleum Group and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or career or business opportunities, arising from use of the Assessment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Assessment in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
10. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we have a disagreement, please contact us first at info@tyleumgroup.com and we will try to resolve it informally. If we can't, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, DE, and you and we consent to that venue.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. If you keep using the Assessment after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not reduce the privacy protections that applied when you submitted your data.
12. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Assessment. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
We collect only what we need to run LEAD 360, we keep rater feedback confidential, and we use your data for research only in de-identified or aggregate form. This policy explains the details.
This policy applies to the LEAD 360 assessment and our website, run by Tyleum Group LLC ("Tyleum Group," "we," "us"). It works together with our Terms of Use above.
1. What we collect
From leaders who register:
-
Contact details: name, email, and sign-in information.
-
Profile details: job title, organization, industry, tenure, and similar context you choose to give.
-
Your assessment responses and the scores and reports generated from them.
-
The list of raters you nominate (their names, emails, and relationship to you).
From raters:
-
Name and email (provided by the leader or practitioner who invited you).
-
Your relationship to the leader (manager, peer, or direct report).
-
Your survey responses and any written comments.
Automatically:
-
Basic technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and secure.
Please don't put sensitive details (health, religion, or similar) in free-text comments. We don't ask for them.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
-
Deliver the Assessment, score it, and produce reports.
-
Send invitations, reminders, and service messages.
-
Support leaders, raters, and certified practitioners during the process.
-
Validate and improve the Assessment (see Section 3).
-
Keep the site secure, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
-
Contact you about LEAD 360, if you have opted in to updates. You can opt out anytime.
3. Research and validation
By registering for or taking the Assessment, you expressly agree that we may use your responses, scores, results, and related profile details to keep validating, norming, and improving LEAD 360. This is a core purpose of the Assessment and a condition of using it.
Here are the rules we follow:
-
De-identified first. Before research use, we remove or separate names, email addresses, and other direct identifiers. Research datasets are linked to a code, not to your name.
-
Aggregate reporting. Any findings, benchmarks, or publications show group-level results only. We don't publish anything that points to you, your team, or your organization.
-
Small-group protection. We don't report results for groups so small that a person could be singled out.
-
No sale. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
-
Limited access. Only authorized Tyleum Group staff and contractors working on the Assessment can access research data, and they must keep it confidential.
4. How we protect rater confidentiality
Raters need to speak candidly, so we protect their identity:
-
Leaders only see rater feedback grouped by category (manager, peers, direct reports).
-
A category's results appear only when enough raters in it have responded. Otherwise, they're held back or combined.
-
Individual rater answers are never shown to the leader.
-
Written comments, if included, are presented without names. Raters should avoid details that would identify them.
Where a certified practitioner administers the process, they may see more detail to do their job, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations to Tyleum Group.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only in these situations:
-
Service providers who help us run the Assessment (for example hosting, email, survey, and analytics tools). They may use your data only to serve us.
-
Certified LEAD practitioners and sponsoring organizations, when they arranged your participation. They may receive leader reports and process information. They do not receive individual rater answers.
-
Research and publication, in de-identified or aggregate form only, as described in Section 3.
-
Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
-
Business transfers, if Tyleum Group is involved in a merger, sale, or similar change. Your data would remain protected by this policy or a successor policy at least as protective.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We keep identifiable account and assessment data for as long as needed to deliver the Assessment and meet legal and business needs, generally [3] years after your last activity. De-identified research data may be kept indefinitely, because it no longer identifies you.
7. Your choices and rights
You can contact us at info@tyleumgroup.com to:
-
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
-
Correct information that is wrong.
-
Ask us to delete your personal information.
-
Opt out of marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link).
-
Withdraw your research consent.
About withdrawing research consent and deletion: if you withdraw or ask for deletion, we will stop using your identifiable data for research and remove it from future analyses. Data that has already been de-identified and combined into aggregate results or published findings can't be pulled back out, because it can no longer be traced to you.
If you live in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, such as knowing what we collect, deleting it, correcting it, and not being discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will respond to verified requests within the time the law requires, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Some requests may be limited where we must keep data for legal reasons, or where deleting it would expose another person's confidential feedback.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some may affect how the site works. We respect browser "Global Privacy Control" signals where required.
9. Children
LEAD 360 is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links and tools
Our site may link to other sites or use third-party tools. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify you. We will not use data you gave us earlier in materially new ways without giving you notice and, where required, getting your consent.
